1 Register
The very first step is to contact us using the form below and we will help you register for direct auction access. Once you join you will have full access to auction listings for all vehicles at over 80 auction houses across Japan. There can be up to 25 different auctions on any given day!
2 BIDDING DEPOSIT
A bidding deposit of $500 is required to hire us to search out specific vehicles and place bids. This can be eTransferred or sent through Paypal. Please fill out the form below and we will send you instructions for you to place your deposit.
3 find and bid
This is the fun part! We will find examples that might interest you … they will be sent to your email inbox for us to further discuss. Before bidding we will provide you with conditon details including faults, repairs and selling points. We also try to guide you with forcasted max bid amount where possible.
4 payment
Once your vehicle is won at auction we issue an invoice and request payment in Canadian funds within 3 working days.
5 shipping and customs clearance
Shipping generally takes 6-8 weeks from purchase date. When your vehicle arrives at your closest port it will needed to be cleared through customs before it can be released... Zen takes care of this with our trusted broker and arranges a full import document binder for your records. We will help with inland shipping and provincial registration and ensure that getting you on the road is a simple and fun process.
